A wood-fire kitchen on Stokes Croft

A forty-cover dining room on Stokes Croft, a wood fire, and whatever the West Country is growing this week.

Priya cooks; Sam runs the room. The menu changes when the farms change — usually every Thursday — and the bread comes out of the same oven as the hake.
